Not necessarily. Many clients reduce or even stop certain medications under medical supervision.

Are supplements necessary in this program?
Yes, supplements are a key supportive component of the REMISI approach. While lifestyle changes form the foundation of your transformation, targeted supplementation helps accelerate metabolic improvements, stabilise glucose levels, and reduce inflammation.
Our core bundle includes G-lest (for glucose and metabolic control) and C-lest (for inflammation modulation and cellular health). These supplements are carefully chosen to work in synergy with your personalised lifestyle plan — enhancing your results safely and naturally.
We only recommend supplements that are evidence-informed, purposeful, and designed to complement your program, not replace healthy habits.
Is Remisi approved by any authorities?
The program follows guidelines from recognised authorities in:
- Lifestyle Medicine
- Metabolic Health
- Diabetes Care
- Behavioural Science
