Understanding mitochondrial health and how it affects energy and metabolism

    - Omega-3 fatty acids help maintain mitochondrial membrane flexibility.
    - Polyphenols (in berries, green tea, turmeric, olive oil) reduce oxidative stress.

  4. Stress management
